3D Printable "The Subtle Knife" inspired by His Dark Materials.

Here is my rendition of The Subtle Knife from legendary book series His Dark Materials, now as a TV series adaptation by the BBC and distributed by HBO. I absolutely fell in love with the design, since it was my favourite prop from any book. I had to give it a go.

I loved manually sculpting the grooves on the wooden bits of the hilt. I will print them separately, paint them and then glue each one of them after I chrome the rest of the hilt. the angels will be painted in gold and glued as well. The blade has a really cool effect that I will attempt to paint with alcohol inks after chroming it.
