And here is the finished Dr Doom helmet I designed from scratch. It has intricate detail everywhere, including the interior. It is cast in PT Flex 85 Urethane Rubber from Polytek, thanks to the molds I designed in 3D. What was really special was the faceplate mold, which I invented myself, and allows you to make a multiple silicone part mold with jackets, 8 times faster than following traditional methods. I painted the helmet using Imperiflex and Alumaluster by Imperial Surface.

My best creation so far? Maybe. Wait for the whole suit!
